Meaning of numeric values from as.double.snp.data output?

Postby biocyberman » Fri Jul 10, 2015 12:16 pm

Hi GenABEL developers,
I tried looking into the documentation but could not find anything. What are the meanings of 0, 1, 2, and NA in the output matrix of as.double.snp.data/as.numeric?
Does 0 mean same as reference, 1 as heterozygous, 2 as homozygous mutation, and NA as unknown/missing?

Thansk
