How could I know the Pc1df value for specific SNP?

Postby hkopee123 » Thu Mar 13, 2014 12:24 pm

Hi there,

As title mentioned, how could I know the information for a specific SNP about its Pc1df value?

For example, I have 25 specific SNPs I feel interest, then how could I list them at one time?

I have tired something like this, information <- ("as.character(name(mydata)[ ,"SNPname"]"), but it cannot work well.

How could achieve it?

Thanks,

Hi all,

Another similar question regarding this topic is that, we usually can only see top 10 markers on "descriptives.scan(data, sort = Pc1df)",

my question is, if we would like to see more results, for example, top 20 or 30 markers we would like to see, how could we achieve it ?

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Cheers,
