Xfix function

Postby matteob » Thu Feb 06, 2014 1:46 pm

I would have a question regarding the function Xfix implemented in GenABEL.
It seems to me that this Xfix function is quite obscure, and without any clear and extensive description about how it actually works.
How does the function practically "fix" the markers with "wrong" genotype?

Thank you very much for the help!
