Hello everyone,
I am trying to make a gwaa.data class in R but the error below occurs.
> gts<-load.gwaa.data(phenofile="genabelPhen1.txt",genofile="genotypes2.raw",force=T)

Error in dim(rdta) <- c(nbytes, nsnps) :
dims [product 63126] do not match the length of object [0]
Can anyone please help me solve this problem? as it seems the problem is in the length of objects but i don't know what to do to fix it.
Thank you in advance!
Error in dim(rdta)

There are 501 ids and 42844 Snps
Re: Error in dim(rdta)
hmm, those numbers shouldn't be problematic. How did you create the .raw file?
