Error in dim(rdta)

Postby gilda » Mon Nov 21, 2016 7:37 pm

Hello everyone,

I am trying to make a gwaa.data class in R but the error below occurs.

> gts<-load.gwaa.data(phenofile="genabelPhen1.txt",genofile="genotypes2.raw",force=T)
ids loaded...
marker names loaded...
chromosome data loaded...
map data loaded...
allele coding data loaded...
strand data loaded...
genotype data loaded...
Error in dim(rdta) <- c(nbytes, nsnps) :
dims [product 63126] do not match the length of object [0]

Can anyone please help me solve this problem? as it seems the problem is in the length of objects but i don't know what to do to fix it.

Thank you in advance!

How many SNPs and IDs should there be in this data set?

hmm, those numbers shouldn't be problematic. How did you create the .raw file?
