Doubt about output concerning the VariABEL package

I was wondering how the chi square, about the Levene's test, was estimated in the VariABEL.
Another doubt is about the SNP dispertion effect. What is that mean?
Thanks

Working with VariABEL package

I would like to make an analysis comparing the variance of the AA with the BB genotypes. I think it is not possible because I only can do the follow types of analysis: AAvsABvsBB - each henotypic group is testes against other two, AAvsABandBB - group AA tested against AB and BB, ABvsAAandBB - AB aga...

Re: [SOLVED] Levene's test on VariABEL

I have another question about the chisq value. How is the chisq value generated from a Levene’s test?

[SOLVED] Levene's test on VariABEL

I am working on VariABEL package and I have a question regarding the Levene's test.
The statistics W of the Levene's test is tested with the F distribution. Then, how can I associate the "chisq" with the Levene's test in the output of the analysis?
Thanks
